Monday’s Are Better With Cake!

The residents and staff at The Amwell Care Home like nothing more than to throw a party and on Monday 27 September they hosted a Vintage Tea Party.

The Amwell Arms was the venue for the party where residents tucked into an impressive buffet and were entertained by the magnificent Melody Flyte singing everyone’s favourites and enjoying a sweet candy floss treat from ‘Oh so delicious’.

Catherine Tanner, the Home Manager commented ‘Here at The Amwell we pride ourselves on offering a really wide range of activities for our residents to join in and the Vintage Tea Party was a real hit. It was lovely to see so many happy and smiling faces enjoying amazing food and great entertainment’.
