Giving a Warm Welcome to our New Receptionist

At The Amwell Care Home, we would like to give a very warm welcome to our new receptionist, Lisa. Having had relevant experience in the past and a general love of people, we are confident that Lisa will flourish in this role, and she is extremely excited to not only be part of the team here but to greet all friends and family, old and new.

As a receptionist in a care home, you are the first face our visitors see. Whether you're coming to have a look around, a relative of one of our residents, or an entertainer who is coming to perform, we want every single person who walks through our doors to receive the friendliest of welcomes. We therefore place the utmost importance on our team members having a warm and willing nature and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
